Administrative Information Systems (AIS) Main Content

The AIS Office, a sub-unit of Information Technology and Enterprise Applications, manages the University's Financial systems (Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, and Purchasing) and Human Resource / Payroll (Carbondale and Springfield only) applications. The unit provides support for problem resolution, customizations and upgrades of the Oracle E-Business Suite software. We also provide training tutorials as well as face-to-face training for department end-users.

Human Resources Self Service (HRSS)
HRSS is now available to all SIU Carbondale and School of Medicine employees to view and print your Statement of Earnings (pay slips), Annual W2's, edit your personal information, or change your W4 tax information.
