  1. Obtain a web proposal from the Apple Store for Education Institution. If you do not have a log in, you can request one from that page as well. 
    • New users should obtain Registered Proposer access. Contact Shannon Newman ( for any additional information.
  2. Add desired products to the online cart and “Send Proposal”. The proposal will be emailed to you.
  3. Fill out the Apple Request Form and get appropriate signatures.

    Note: A Fiscal Officer must sign all orders and orders over $50,000 must be reviewed by the Vice Chancellor and Chancellor.
  4. A letter of justification is required for ALL Apple Requests. For prompt service, please include this form when you submit your request.
