Desktop Support provides the repair and servicing of university computer-related issues on-site. Common issues addressed include the following:
- E-mail configuration in Outlook
- Troubleshooting operating systems and hardware issues
- Installing unique software
- Updating severely out of date programs (most of this is now handled automatically off-site)
