computer desktopDesktop Support provides the repair and servicing of university computer-related issues on-site. Common issues addressed include the following:

  • E-mail configuration in Outlook
  • Troubleshooting operating systems and hardware issues
  • Installing unique software
  • Updating severely out of date programs (most of this is now handled automatically off-site)

Please contact SalukiTech at 618-453-5155 to discuss your issue and/or have a technician dispatched to your location.  In the event your department is not centralized, SalukiTech will alert your LAN Administrator of the issue on your behalf.
