Working in the SalukiTech Call Center

The SalukiTech Call Center provides the entire University with technology support by phone, email, chat, and support ticket. This is important when a faculty member, university employee, or student needs help with a technology issue before they can get back to their research, work, or studies. Our team does not know all of the answers first-hand, but as a highly collaborative team, we are quick to develop solutions for our customers. SalukiTech team members are not technology experts; we are however, trained to work with people to identify the problem, and then access a variety of resources to deliver an appropriate solution. Our biggest skill-set: keeping our cool and alleviating the fear and frustration of people in need.
