SIU has access to discounted Microsoft Software through our campus license. You may purchase software such as Visio, Project, Microsoft Server, etc. from the new web store. Please sign in with your SIU credentials. This guide is guide you through the purchase process:

1. Upon sucessful login, you will be directed to a page like the below. Please select the software program(s) by clicking "Select."

2. Once the item has been selected, alter the quantity if necessary then click "Add to Cart."

3. After all software for your purchase has been selected, click "Checkout."

The Purchase Order Screen

Note: If a PO Number is available enter it in the box on the upper left.  Or you may use the system generated default.

1. The Billing address is set to the University. Simply select "Recent" and click either option.
IMPORTANT: Select One-Time Entry - DO NOT Add a new card as it will be visible on future orders.

2. Shipping address is not needed as software will be sent electronically from the Software Licensing Team.  Simply select "Recent" and use an address there.

3. Click the "Add" button if you have not purchased software before from the site.  If you have, select "Find" and locate your name.

5. Enter your information again into the custom field box.  

6. Select "Continue" once you have verified all information is correct.

7. Finally, click "Place Order" to complete your request.

Please note that your request is not processed immediately. Once your order has been completed, a message will be sent to you and the Software Licensing Team.  Please give us one business day following confirmation to provide you access to the media.
