SalukiTech is available to you by phone or email 24/7—almost every day of the year.

When contacting SalukiTech, have the following information available:

  • your Dawg Tag number
  • your phone number
  • a description of the issue

Visit the SalukiTech Service Center 

The SalukiTech Service Center offers help and technology repair right here on campus for students, faculty, staff—and the community. Anyone can bring a device to the service center for repair—just walk up to our window to connect with our team. Some issues are addressed at the service window while you wait, including software installation, security check ups, and simple maintenance. Because the service center is staffed by Dell certified technicians, even sophisticated repairs are usually handle right here on campus. If there is a charge for the service, the SalukiTech Service Center always provides a quote in advance.
