Across all SIU campuses, various browsers (and versions within them) are being used to access the AIS applications. While the AIS office recommends using only browsers which have been certified by Oracle Corporation, the reality is that Oracle is not quick to certify new browser releases; sometimes taking months after a new release is available. Accordingly and as resources allow, the AIS office tests new browsers or versions and will share results with the campuses as to any problems while using the AIS applications. While use of an Oracle certified browser/version is preferred, users may also use any browser/version which the AIS office has tested and found to be compatible with the AIS applications.

The AIS office has upgraded and tested browsers to include IE 9.0, IE 11.0, Firefox 45 (ESR), and Firefox 52 (ESR).
