Change Management

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) schedules all routine maintenance to minimize disruption to University systems and services. There may be time when maintenance falls outside of the established maintenance windows—this work is typically low-impact, isolated to select areas, or requested by a department—with prior approval by the OIT Change Advisory Board (CAB).
