About the Administrative Information System (AIS)

The Administrative Information System (AIS) is Southern Illinois University's central hub for Financial, Human Resource, Payroll, and related systems, supporting university-wide business needs.

The AIS maintenance window (includes AIS, HRSS, and AIS Database) is from 6 a.m. to midnight on Saturdays.

Get Started

  • General AIS Access

    Access to AIS requires a supervisor-submitted E-Form specifying the necessary access for job responsibilities. A certified browser and Java installation on the work device are also required.

  • AIS Database Access

    AIS database access requires a supervisor-submitted E-Form specifying job-related access. AIS Add-On tools are also required for database access.
