Welcome to the Project Management Office
The Project Management Office (PMO) works within the Office of Information Technology to organize and manage major technology initiatives. The PMO also partners with other administrative and academic units at SIU to initiate and drive projects with extensive technology requirements. The PMO works with teams to establish project requirements and timelines, identify resources and deliverables, and then manages tasks, resources…and people. As projects move forward, the PMO fosters collaboration and cooperation between staff, stakeholders, and University entities.
