SalukiTech Solution Center

The SalukiTech Solution Center provides help to faculty, staff, and students over the phone, by email, chat, in-person, or through the help portal. The SalukiTech team provides solutions to get you up and running quickly, and works to make the experience as stress-free as possible. We look forward to helping you!

The SalukiTech Solution Center offers help and technology repair right here on campus. Anyone, including students, faculty, staff, and the community can bring a device to the Solution Center for repair—just walk up to our window on the 1st Floor of Morris Library to connect with our team. Some issues are addressed at the service window while you wait, including software installation, security checkups, and simple maintenance. Because Dell certified technicians staff the Solution Center, even sophisticated repairs are usually handled in-house. If there is a charge for the service, the Solution Center will provide a quote in advance.
