All work will be billed on a Time and Material basis. The labor rate is $58.46 per hour and the material cost will be calculated according to material used to complete the work requested.
When a Telecommunications Services Request (TSR) is received, the work will be scheduled on the next date available. The turnaround may vary depending on the number of orders in the queue at the time, but is typically ten working days. This interval may increase during particularly busy times of the year (e.g., June thru August). Installation rates do NOT include conduit or monthly recurring fees, if applicable. Associated work completed by PSO may be billed subsequently.
The charges and rates listed below apply to SIU Departments located on the Carbondale Campus. For those located off the SIU Campus or not affiliated with SIU please call for rates.
